MINIBALL 2™ FAQ
I am new here, how can I play Miniball 2™?
For fast play - click on the large box in the center of the homepage screen, which will also take you directly to the game. We currently do not require registration to play the game, but you will not have access to other features. Or, click on the Quick Link (you will see it in the top left hand side of the homepage screen) for a fast entry into the game.
What are my game play choices?
Once the game fully loads you will be presented with a screen inviting you to:
- Play Miniball™ League
- Play One Player
- Play Two Player
You are welcome to try a one player game, against the computer. You can also invite a friend to play against you, sharing the same computer keyboard. You will not be able to join in league games, unless you have registered, and logged in.
Why haven’t I received my registration information?
Please check your email’s ‘junk’ or ‘bulk’ mail file – sometimes our emails are sent to these folders. Remember, you must activate your registration before fully accessing the game.
I can’t log in, why?
Did you remember to activate your account? Your account is activated when you click on the link we send you.
How do I use the League Play feature?
To participate in any leagues, you must be logged in as a registered player. Once you log in:
- Enter the game (click on play) and select the first choice of Play Miniball League
- You will be offered two choices:
- Select Your League!
- Want a League of Your Own?
To select a league, you must choose from your league list. If you are unclear how to join other leagues, please read the next question. To create a league, simply type in your chosen name in the field provided and click on Create League. Your new league will be added to your account and you can now invite others to join your league!
How do I play in other leagues?
Another player needs to add you to their league in order for you to participate. To join other leagues you can:
- Visit the Forum section and enter the League Chat section
- Look at messages about other player’s invitations to join their leagues. You can post a reply to these player’s Forum threads, asking to be added to the league, or, send a Private Message to the player, asking to join their league
- You can also post a general message requesting league invitations in the Forum section (League Chat, Players Lounge or Members Only are often used for this purpose)
Once another player adds you to their league, it will appear in your ‘my Leagues’ section, when you log into your account. You can find your personal league list in two places:
1) You will see this in the drop down menu option (look for it on the left hand bottom side of the screen labelled ‘Your Leagues’)
2) You can also find your league list when you visit your ‘my Leagues’ section of your account.
Ready? Select the league you wish to play a game in and click on the ‘Kick Off!’ button. All your game stats will be recorded in the league table and viewable by other members of the league. You will also be able to view stats of other players in the league, and evaluate your own status.
How do I add other players to my league?
You can post a message in the League Chat section of our Forum to announce the creation and name of your new Miniball 2™ league and to invite other players to join your league. You can also Private Message players, inviting them to your league. Some players use the Forum to update the Miniball 2™ community about their leagues – posting match results and high player scores from their league games.
Here are some other ways:
1) Enter a friend or another player’s email address in the ‘Invite your mates’ section, which will appear after you create your league. An email with instructions on how to join your league will be sent to them.
2) Click on ‘my Leagues’ – which appears to you when you are logged in – and select your league from the ‘Current memberships’ drop down menu. On the following league details screen, enter the username of the player that you wish to add in the field provided and click the ‘Add Member’ button.
How do I view the high scores board?
If you score a high enough score in Miniball 2™, the high score board will appear, following your game. You will be able to enter your player name, and see where you rank among the top 100 players. You can also view the current high scores board by visiting the Menu section. This button will appear to you on the bottom left hand side of your screen, when you are logged in and entering a league game.
What is the VIP programme all about?
If you refer two friends to play Miniball 2™ you can become a VIP. Your friends will need to remember to enter your name in the ‘referred by’ field when registering. When they do – you’ll be a VIP, eligible to enter prize draw competitions to win exclusive prizes, access VIP-only downloads and receive new game releases.
What is the newsletter?
Periodically, The Miniball™ Team sends updates to registered players. We’ll let you know about new developments, new game releases or new prize draw competitions.
What do you do with my email and other information?
We need your email to send you our updates. We do not sell our list to anyone. Your data is protected and is only made public if you choose it to be so, during the registration process.

All the illustration you see on Miniball 2™ is created by the artists and Flash™ animators working in the studio of interactive agency Naked Penguin Boy Ltd. Naked Penguin Boy has full copyright to the artwork and design of the Miniball.co.uk website.
Can I license Miniball™?
Yes. We can provide a re-skinned 1-player version of the Miniball™ game. We can offer the game for 3, 6 or 1-year license options. We also have other games available for license that you may find of interest. Contact us at info@miniball.co.uk for more details about this opportunity.
